What can I expect from Balloon Story?
Expect the unexpected upon entering the most colorful and whimsical balloon experience. Over 600,000+ balloons have been used to create larger than life sculptures, immersive installations, with games, food and special surprises onsite!
Transport yourself to an epic balloon jungle, swim through inflatable seascapes, and wonder your way through the air-filled maze, thats ah-mazing!

Balloon Story is located at The Armory, located at 643 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10065
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend approx. 70 mins at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event, but consumption will be restricted to designated areas.
Is there parking available?
Public garages and street parking are available near the venue.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; casual and comfortable attire is encouraged.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be merchandise for sale at the event.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach chanale6@gmail.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 20 minutes and we’ll do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking is prohibited within the venue. Additionally, the following items are not permitted: weapons, sharp objects, drugs, outside food and beverage, and alcohol.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at frontdeskballoonstory@gmail.com
Is coat check available?
This venue has coat check—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Prams need to be parked in a designated area at the exhibit entrance.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
