What can I expect from Balloon Story?
Prepare for the unexpected as you step into the most colorful and fantastic balloon experience in the world. Over 400,000 balloons have been used to create giant sculptures, immersive installations, games, food, and special surprises!

Is the event held indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place inside Espacio Inmersa.
How do I get there?
Espacio Inmersa is located next to the Llacuna metro stop (Line 4 – Yellow)
Is parking available?
Espacio Inmersa does not have its own parking lot. However, there are paid parking lots in the vicinity of the venue.
How long does the show last?
To give you a rough idea, people usually spend between 60 and 90 minutes on this experience.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site?
There will be a cafeteria service inside the venue.
Can you eat, drink, and/or smoke inside?
No, eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited inside the exhibition. However, on the premises you'll find a Central Park-inspired food court where you can enjoy a wide variety of drinks and savory and sweet treats.
Is there virtual reality?
This experience does not include virtual reality.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! At the end of the tour, you'll find a shop where you can purchase exclusive merchandise from the experience.
What happens to the balloons after the event, once they pop?
Balloon Story has partnered with the recycling organization 'Rubber to Crumb' to transform our balloon waste into usable rubber paving materials.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I buy tickets at the exhibition?
Yes, there will be a ticket booth on-site, and the price will be the same as for online purchases. However, tickets may sell out quickly, so we recommend booking them in advance. You can easily purchase them on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Which tickets are discounted?
We offer discounted tickets for students, seniors aged 65 and older, people with disabilities and one companion, children aged 3 to 12, and groups of 8 or more people. The price of these tickets varies depending on the day and time of your visit. Additionally, children aged 0–2 must be accompanied by a free ticket. We recommend checking availability and updated prices on the website before making your purchase.
At what age do children start paying?
Children under 3 years old (ages 0–2) do not need to pay for admission, but you must add their free ticket to your purchase.
Children aged 3 to 12 do have to pay for admission, but at a reduced price.
How can I get a group discount?
There is a reduced price for groups of 8 or more people. You can select this price option directly during the purchase process.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket within the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Be sure to include your ticket's order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app. You can bring a printed copy of your ticket if you'd like.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, under the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the time or date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are allowed up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
In what cases can I request a refund for my tickets?
According to Law 11/2009 of July 6 on the administrative regulation of public performances and recreational activities: organizers are required to refund users or spectators the amount they have paid in the event that the performance or activity is canceled or substantially modified, and to address any valid claims arising from this, in accordance with applicable legislation, except in cases where each user or spectator has been expressly and clearly informed that the organizers or owners reserve the right to modify the program, or in cases where the suspension or modification occurs after the show or activity has begun and is due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

ABOUT ACCESSING THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We ask that you arrive on time to ensure that lines move as smoothly as possible. You can enter up to 30 minutes after the time for which you purchased your ticket, but we recommend arriving early to enjoy the experience without any delays.
What time does the venue close?
The venue closes 1.5 hours after the start of the last admission session. Please note that, depending on the day, the exhibition has different opening hours, so we recommend checking the specific schedules on our website before planning your visit.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Dogs and other animals are not allowed inside the venue. Officially registered service dogs (guide dogs, etc.) are permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is fully accessible for people with limited mobility, featuring appropriate entrances and access ramps to facilitate entry and movement within the venue.
Are there tickets available for companions of people with disabilities?
Yes, visitors who need assistance during the experience can purchase a reduced-price ticket for their companion through our website. Upon arrival, you'll simply need to show proof of the need for a companion for the ticket to be valid. Remember that both the person with a disability and the companion need a ticket to enter.
Is the experience accessible to people who are deaf or have visual impairments?
Deaf people can enjoy this experience. However, we do not recommend the experience for people with visual impairments.
Are there strobe lights?
This event does not include strobe lights.
Are chairs available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?
This is an experience with a set route, but if you need to rest for a bit, you'll find some seats along the way. Ask our staff on-site for directions.
Are restrooms available on-site?
Yes, restrooms are available once you enter the experience. If you need help finding them, please feel free to ask our staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Of course! You can take photos and share them, as long as you make sure not to disturb other visitors. Please note that professional equipment and tripods are not allowed inside the venue.
Are there any lost and found items?
We recommend asking the venue staff if they have found your belongings. If you have already left the venue and haven't found the lost item, you can contact us via email or through the app, and we'll let you know if we locate it.
Can I bring strollers or suitcases?
Yes, you can bring baby strollers. However, suitcases are not allowed. Please note that there is no coat check on the premises.
Is there a coat check service?
This experience does not offer a coat check service.
