What can I expect from Balloon Story?

Expect the unexpected when you step into our most colourful, whimsical balloon experience. Over 400,000 balloons have been used to create larger-than-life sculptures and immersive installations — with games, surprises and more!

Explore an epic balloon jungle, float through inflatable seascapes, and wander an air-filled maze that will blow you away.

Enjoy the Balloon Story balloon cage and family-friendly interactive games for everyone.

Where is the event located? Espacio Inmersa (Carrer de Llull, 119, Barcelona). Metro — line L4 (yellow), Bogatell stop. Bus — lines H14, V23, 6 and 136; stops at Carrer de Llull / Badajoz.
Is the event indoor or outdoor? The experience takes place indoors in an enclosed venue.
How long does the visit last? As a guide, visitors usually spend 60 to 90 minutes at the experience.
Will food and drinks be available on site? Food and drinks will not be sold inside the venue. You’ll find cafés, restaurants and shops nearby depending on the final location.
How do I get there?

Metro — line L4 (yellow), Bogatell stop.

Bus — lines H14, V23, 6 and 136; stops at Carrer de Llull / Badajoz.

You can also drive; check nearby public car parks in the area.

Is parking available? Depending on the final venue, there may be nearby public car parks. We recommend booking a space in advance where possible and checking local signage.
Is there virtual reality? This experience does not include virtual reality.
Will merchandise be on sale? Yes — fun merchandise will be on sale at the event.

ABOUT TICKETS

Where can I buy tickets?
Can I buy tickets at the door? You may be able to buy at the box office up to 30 minutes after the start of your time slot, subject to availability. Shows can sell out, so we strongly recommend booking in advance on the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else? Yes — you can transfer tickets to someone else for free from the Tickets section in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us and include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You’ll find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (download from the App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
I can’t find my ticket — what should I do? View your ticket in the Fever app under Tickets. If you don’t have the app, install it from Google Play or the App Store and sign in with the same account. If you still can’t find it, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? Subject to availability, date or time changes may be allowed within the window set out in the purchase terms. To request a change, please contact us and include your ticket ID. You can also check your ticket in the app — if enabled, you’ll see a change option. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer law and Fever’s terms of purchase.
Can I make a group booking? For large groups, email groups@feverup.com with your preferred date and group size.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT

When should I arrive? Please arrive during your time slot. If you’re a few minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you subject to capacity.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Pets are not allowed. Registered assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible? Yes — the venue is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The exhibition space is adapted. Check the venue’s website for accessible parking details where applicable.
Do you offer companion / carer tickets?

Guests who need assistance may be entitled to one free ticket for a companion. Please contact us with supporting documentation. We’ll send instructions to redeem the companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.

You must show the main ticket together with the companion ticket at entry.

Is the event accessible for deaf or visually impaired guests? The experience is mostly visual; we do not recommend it for people with severe visual impairment.
Will there be strobe lights? There will be no strobe lighting at this event.
Can I take photos or record video? Feel free to take photos for personal use. Please don’t disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is seating available? Can I sit during the visit? This is a walk-through experience. There may be occasional seating if you need to rest.
Are toilet facilities available on site? Yes — toilets are available on site. Ask staff if you need directions.
Is there a Lost & Found? Lost items are handled by the venue security team.
Is there a cloakroom? There is no cloakroom on site.
Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome. The space is accessible with a stroller; strollers must be left in the designated area at the exhibition entrance. Children aged 2 and under enter free.

The minimum age to attend without a responsible adult is 17.

What items are prohibited? Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. The following are not permitted — weapons, sharp objects, drugs, outside food and drink, and alcohol.
